1.Pricing

Our customers can mix purchase by different models. From the beginning of the cooperation, in order to test the acceptance of the product in the market, we did not set a minimum order quantity.

At the same time, we always have sufficient stock to support this decision to ship small orders to our customers. From the perspective of transportation security, reduce the volume of freight savings, we recommend you purchase 60 sets and 60 sets of multiples.

            
2. Promotional and advertising materials

North Edge has a full set of presentation materials for all watches, including high-quality images, detailed specification display pictures, instructional videos, and electronic manuals... to help you with all aspects of promotion. All the photos and videos can be provided for your promotion after purchasing the watches.                

3. After-sales Service

Once you received watches from us, we will provide you with one year after-sales service and will assist you in solving any quality problems with our watches at any time, including maintenance, accessories, etc.

Warranty: For the defective watches you got within one year, we will offer replacements or a new same model with half price or replaced components to solve the cases with your following orders. Though we cannot take the defective watches to figure out the problem is, considering the shipping costs and taxes if any between your country and China, we would do this warranty in efficient and easy way.

                  
4. Shipping Services

If door-to-door shipping services is require, please let us know recipient information such as country, city, and zip code. We have close partnerships with many freight forwarders and enjoy their discounted prices, such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Please note that we must confirm the package dimensions and weight based on your actual purchase quantity, as this is crucial for accurate shipping costs. All product models have accurate volume and weight information, so please be sure to tell us what models and how many units you need. We will calculate the most accurate packaging data to obtain the most favorable prices from freight forwarders, ensuring maximum protection for your interests.  

Meanwhile, we can work with your shipping agent, deliver the goods to your local agent/warehouse in China. Or quote the shipping cost we can get for your reference.

5. Customization

We have full experiences for various types of watches, OEM/ODM as customers’ designs, like changing the logos, the shape of watch cases or colors/ material of watch bands according to the requirements. On time lead time and guaranteed high quality.
